SHIPPING COSTS

 

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are clearly stated on our website. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct shipping rate based on the provided delivery address.

 

If a shipping cost is selected that does not correspond to the actual destination country, we reserve the right to request payment of the difference before processing the order. The package will not be shipped until the total payment, including the correct shipping fee, has been completed.

 

If the outstanding amount is not settled within 7 days of our notification, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid, deducting any applicable administrative fees.

 

DUTIES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

 

For all shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes, or other import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are not included in the order total and will be requested directly from the customer by the customs authorities of the destination country at the time of delivery or clearance.

We recommend checking with your local customs office in advance to be informed of any applicable additional charges.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

Our products are handmade, which means that each piece is unique and created with attention and care. Due to this artisanal nature, there may be slight imperfections, small variations in colors, details, or finishes, which should be considered part of the charm and character of each product. These characteristics should not be regarded as defects, but rather as evidence of the handmade creation process and the originality of each piece.

 

RIGHT OF RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURE

 

If, despite the artisanal quality of the product, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product for a refund. However, there are certain conditions that must be met:

 

  1. RETURN AT BUYER'S EXPENSE

    The return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. The product must be shipped back within 3 days of receipt, in the same condition in which it was received, without signs of wear or damage, and accompanied by all original accessories, tags, and the original packaging, if applicable.

  2. ARTISAN VERIFICATION

    Once the returned product arrives, the Artisan will proceed with a verification to confirm that the returned product is the same one that was shipped, in the same condition in which it was received. Only after this verification will the refund be authorized.

  3. REFUND TIMING

    Once the Artisan confirms that the product has been correctly returned, the refund will be processed within 10 days from the product's return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  4. EXCUSIONS

    No refunds will be given for products that show signs of use, damage caused by the consumer, or products that were customized at the customer’s request.

  5. DAMAGED PRODUCT UPON ARRIVAL

    If the product arrives damaged, the responsibility lies with the artisan, who will provide a full refund to the buyer.

  6. REFUSAL OF THE PACKAGE DUE TO UNPAID DUTIES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

    In the event that the customer fails to pay duties and customs charges, resulting in the refusal of the package or a failed delivery, no refund will be issued. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check in advance for any applicable customs fees in their country and to ensure payment in order to allow successful delivery of the product.
